Into The Deep needs YOU!

We need your help to look at deep ocean images from four different locations, and identify different animals or objects. We are using a custom-built online tool called BiiGLE Party. Every observation you make will contribute to ongoing research into that habitat. You don't need any experience!

The more images we can look at, the better! So please feel free to forward this link to friends.

Let's get started!

1. Take a deep dive into the four Into The Deep habitats. Where would you like to start?

2. Take a quick course in that habitat - you'll learn all about the creatures that live there, what problems this habitat has and how we can help.

3. At the end of the course, you will learn to identify something (e.g. a fish, or a fishing line) from images of this habitat.

4. Click on the link at the end of the course to take you to BiiGLE Party, our citizen science tool custom-built for identifying things from ocean images.

5. Take part in this exciting research! Stop and start whenever you like, and share this with friends!
